[SOLVED] windows 7 server execution failed windows media

Hey softwaremanica I was just typing in this thread that I was blessed to find a way to fix this problem and it happened last night about 3 o'clock eastern American time . This was a laborious painstaking task but victory is mines, and the forum for anyone who has the same problem like I had. My biggest problem now is how do I explain the method and path that I took without being to wordy. You can label this thread solved and now I am getting all my notes together so that I can share the successful path that I found through hard diligent work. Once I get my notes and path in order then I will explain how THIS FIX CAME ABOUT.

Okay here is what I did to fix my windows media issues. First down load and run tweaking .com windows repair and check the first 4 boxes run this in Safe mode and restart and stay in Safe mode go to control panel and go to programs and features click on turn windows features on or off and uncheck media features and before you restart in normal mode go to appdata\ local\ Microsoft \ media player and delete the media folder then restart your computer in normal mode.Do not forget to Go back to windows features and programs in normal mode to turn media player back on by checking on the media player box and restart your computer again.Go to the services.msc and turn off the windows media sharing services and then disable that service. After this my c\program files\media player\ wmplayer.exe was playing better but not fully because I finally discovered that the c\program files (x86)media player \wmplayer.exe was a Little smaller in size and would not play at all and the media player in the start menu \program \media player is tied to the program (x86) this is were the problem is the program files\media player and the program files (x86) was not congruent. So I copied the wmplayer.exe file in program files and tried to paste that file in the program (x86) media player wmplayer.exe the folder would not give me permission to do so. You would have to gain control or permission of that folder which I did and this appeared do you want to copy and replace and I chose copy and replace. Went I replace the program file(x86) wmplayer.exe with the program file wmplayer.exe everything changes the windows media player performed like new, now the windows media player plays everything and even in the dvd player. The media library is all good and the windows media player plays from the start menu, it plays from the program files, and it plays from program (x86) wmplayer.exe. I hope that I didn't confuse anyone if I did you can always ask for more info and I will be glad to help were I can.
