Windows 7 SP1 64bit - Cannot update KB4474419 or KB4516065

Some registry keys seems to be missing.

Warning: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Do not run this script on another machine.
  1. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  2. Right-click on FRST64.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  3. Press the Fix button.
  4. The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
  5. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  6. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  7. Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.

Restart the computer.
Try to install KB4474419 again.
If it fails, attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.
 
For some reason the fix didn't work.
Download the attachment in message #26.
Start Windows in safe mode and perform the instructions in message #26 again.
Restart into normal mode.
 
The fix still didn't work.

Odd, so, after a normal logoff and logon again, and killed most items in the tray, I ran #26 and #20 again. It appears to have worked this time? Results of #20 (the verify) attached.

Please tell me which items.
 
- Malwarebytes (ruled this out previously - no affect running or not running - also was turned off during the safe mode attempt)
- Sades 7.1CH Gaming Headset
- Brother printer Control Center
- Intel Driver & Support Assistant
- NVIDIA Settings

Other than Malwarebytes (except for being already ruled out), not sure what on that list could have been causing it. Oh, I also disabled AOMEI Backup service.
Also tried the KB again. Still failed.
