[SOLVED] windows 7 to Windows 10 Update Error - 0x8007001F - 0x20006

Is this a Turkish Windows 7 machine ?

I can change the language if necessary
No, don't. Do you have access to another Turkish Windows 7 machine (64-bit) ?

Okay. Let me see if I can get the missing files. This may take a few days.

We need the files in this bolded folder:
C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-s..ouppolicy.recources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_tr-tr_<16 numbers>

many services and features are disabled in the system. Could this be the problem?
No. Which services are disabled and why ?

By the way, last night I tried to switch the system to windows 10 again. I encountered a different error. Error code 0xC1900101 - 0x20004. SAFE_OS INSTALL_RECOVERY_ENVIRONMENT

Please be patient. A broken OS will mostly fail to upgrade. The failure can also re-occur in the new OS.
I found the missing files in a newly created VM.

Step 1:

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Open the file, then copy and paste its content in your next reply.

Step 2:
Restart the machine.
Perform the instructions in message #7 again.
