In Windows Update I have green mark and info:
Windows is up to date .

Last check: Today 10:34
Updates have been installed : 2015-02-25 14:31

Hi,

Can we open task?
today system found new update - and show red message with code 80073712.

I run SURT and log is OK but I have the same error.

Sure thing.

SFC /SCANNOW

  1. Click on the
    Win7Orb_zps4dae3b32.jpg
    button. Inside the search box type in CMD
  2. Right click on CMD => Choose Run as Administrator
  3. Inside the Command Prompt windows copy and paste the following command SFC /SCANNOW
  4. Please wait for this to Finish before continuing with the rest of the steps.

Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt

  1. Click on the
    Win7Orb_zps4dae3b32.jpg
    button => Inside the search box copy and paste the following command:
    Code:
    cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  2. Press Enter
  3. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt => Please upload CBS.txt to this thread

Please Note:: if the file is too big to upload to you next post please upload via Dropbox or One Drive

Unfortunately I couldn't see this error in thew CBS log. Can you please run Windows updates again, let it fail, then provide the following:

Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt

  1. Click on the

  2. Press Enter
  3. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt, please rename this file to CBS_{Insert forum username here}_{insert todays Date here}.txt For example "CBS_Go The Power_1803.txt"
  4. Please upload CBS_{Username}_{Date}.txt to this thread.

Windows Update Log

  1. Click on the Start button -> Inside the search box copy and paste the following command
    cmd /c copy %windir%\WindowsUpdate.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\WindowsUpdate.txt"
  2. Please go to your desktop and attach WindowsUpdate.txt to your next post

I have a problem only with update KB 3033929 other updates are instaled without any problems.
