Yes, I'm using 32 bit programs on my 64 bit version of Windows 10.

Let's try it:

Step#1 - Media Creation Tool
Download the Media Creation Tool to your desktop and run this tool and attempt to upgrade your machine.

Nope, if your Windows 7 is activated, your Win10 will activate just fine.

Hi so far so good... seems to be up and running, I have lost my usb ports on the front of the unit at the moment.
Where would I check to see if it has been activated ok?

Check your Device Manager for any exclamation marks. As far asd activation is concerned, right-click this PC and select Properties.

USBs working now ( there was a small power button on the panel that I must have pressed by accident)

Windows is activated..

I have one unknown device in the device manager so that is all looking very good..
