System File Checker
- open the Command Prompt as Administrator (Tutorial)
- type or Copy & Paste the following:

sfc /scannow

- wait for the scan to complete, if the result is not No integrity violations found upload the new CBS.log

C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan.  This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

So what's next?

Download the update KB2952664 using this link http://download.windowsupdate.com/d..._cd95eff6a0b4dc190709f9a0e7a00f782a74ee5c.msu

Try to install the update, in case of error please post the error code you got and upload the new CBS.log
