So, the version of Farbar that I could get didn't have quite the boxes you asked for. So...I went through the file and edited out things you didn't ask for. Attached.

You are referring to FRST, not FSS.
The programs

FSS and

FRST both made by Farbar are different tools!

Click the start button and type cmd in the search box.
Right-click on cmd that comes up in the search results and select Run as administrator. Answer Yes to the UAC prompt if it appears.
Copy/Paste the following into the command-prompt window and hit enter.
reg query HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /s > 1.txt && notepad 1.txt

Notepad will open showing the WU info. Copy and paste this into your next reply.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
DisableOSUpgrade REG_DWORD 0x1

You already ran the tool

FRST.txt put some stuff out in the open, nothing particularly private, but kind of meh. Is there anything I can turn off in FRST or delete again? Like last time I deleted the apps, etc. that were installed. I'll go look at it its outputs. I forget what puts out addition

Weirdly, I somehow missed the SFCFix file and I can't find it where I ran the app. I'm running it again to see where it goes, if anywhere. It ran through its stages and then said there was corruption and ran something for a long time.
