Windows 8.1 (nonPro) 64bit - Restarted due to non working MS Office 2016 and now BSOD INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

I was going to make a MS office 2016 document and it loaded but gave me an error saying need to repair. I clicked repair, but nothing happend.

Restarted normally and got BSOD INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE.

I've tried sfc and dism - no luck

This install was repaired via this forum a while ago :) I'm not sure what happened to mess it up.

I did run chkdsk and it found and fixed some problems, no bad sectors. Still won't boot.

Any thing I can do to get this going?

Hello my boot options are Aomei Backupper or Windows 8.1 , none of F8 modes work. I can get into a cmd prompt via the Aomei Backupper.
I have the OS HD connected to a good windows 10 laptop that I'm on now. I make a full back up of it before I attempted any repairs. I have a full back up from august but I don't want to have to rull back that far if I can help it.
 
Tried running DISM again via my good laptop with my OS hooked up via sata-usb adapter and a windows 8.1 iso at E:
