Windows 8.1 (nonPro) 64bit - Restarted due to non working MS Office 2016 and now BSOD INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

FRST Registry Search
  1. Right-click on the file FRST64.exe and choose Run as administrator.
  2. Copy and paste Bluetooth Radio;USB Receiver into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.
  3. When the scan is complete, a message will display that 'SearchReg.txt' is saved in the same folder FRST was started from. Notepad will open this file also. Close Notepad and attach the file 'SearchReg.txt' to your next reply.
  4. You may close any remaining open windows now.
 
Warning: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Do not run this script on another machine.
  1. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
  2. Right-click on FRST64.exe and select "Run as administrator".
  3. Press the Fix button.
  4. The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
  5. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  6. When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
  7. Attach the logfile Fixlog.txt to your next reply.

The variable Path is missing some entries.

Go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced system settings.
Click the button Environment Variables
Select the variable Path the list Environment Variables
Click the button Edit
Add following text to the already existing value
;C:\Windows\system32;C:\Windows;C:\Windows\system32\Wbem;C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\

Click OK
Close all windows and restart the machine.

Perform the instructions in message #127 again to verify the result.
 
Great.
Try to install a driver that failed earlier and report the result.
 
Mostly no luck - did get my Logitech usb dongle to update, which for some reason keeps coming back on the list, but maybe it will stick this time :)

Remove all devices/drivers with a yellow exclamation mark.
Next, restart the machine.
Are you able to install the missing drivers now ?
If not, please do following:
  1. Download
    51e15692b05a4-MiniToolbox.PNG
    MiniToolBox and save the file on your desktop.

  2. Note: Save all your work and close all programs!
  3. Rightclick "MiniToolBox" and select "Run as administrator".
  4. If you see the startup message "Are you sure you want to continue?" select Yes.

  5. Put a checkmark at Select All.
  6. Click "Go".
  7. When the scan is finished a log file with the name "MTB.txt" will appear on your desktop.
  8. Attach this log file to your next reply.

Step 2:
Restart the machine.
Note: Save all your work and close all programs!
