Thanks. Please try the following.


Remove Update Manually
1. Right-click on the Start

button and select Command Prompt (Admin)
2. When command prompt opens, Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Right-click > Paste) the following command into it, then press Enter
wusa /uninstall /KB:2919907

3. Let me know if it says it was successful or if there are any errors.

seemed to uninstall without issue.
had to do a restart to complete.

Cool. Try installing the KB3000850 update again and if it fails, send me the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
