Hello, I can't update my OS from Windows Update, from ISO and from USB, I'm getting the REPLICATE_OC error. Also, I can't install HYPER-V, because Optional components list is empty, DISM and SFC commands fail with various errors. Hope you could help. Thank you.

Do you have a similar system with Windows 11 23H2 in your network? If so please run the following command with that system as source. (Replace SystemName in the command below).
Rich (BB code):
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:\\SystemName\C$\Windows\WinSxS\ /LimitAccess

I have WindowsImageBackup from 2023-10-14. Interesting that this is the date shown in system properties as installation date, I did that backup after changing CPU and MB.
Also I could reinstall some other build of 23H2 on partition F:

We'll need to fix a number of files (9661) for different updates, and currently I am preparing the first batch of replacement files.

Yes, we have fixed the issue with the Servicing Stack so an in-place-upgrade with the Windows 11 24H2 ISO should be work now!

I tried updating from .iso, but fullscreen blue preparing window just disappears at some point. I'll try Windows Update now

  • Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
  • Right-click to run the tool as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
  • Press the Scan button.
  • Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
  • Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.
