Windows issues related to Malware cleanup, MalwareBytes doesn't run

Read and follow the instructions in Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions (click).

If you want to shorten it a bit, run this command from an elevated command prompt:

md "%userprofile%\desktop\CBS" && copy C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\*.* "%userprofile%\desktop\cbs"

It should create a CBS folder on your desktop and copy the files from the windows cbs folder (where the logs are).
Zip that folder then attach it to the topic you are going to create in the windows update sub-forum (click) (or provide a downloadable link, where the download is not too slow).
