Windows open startup programas twice and System halts from DVD boot

Hi,
Thank you for repairing the corrupted files.
About "Windows open startup programs twice", it was solved by uninstalling "Easy Speedup Manager". It was pre-installed, used once and later disabled but anyway working.
About "System halts ..." it is not happening anymore.
Sfc scannow result is not clean, but it appear not to bother.
Disk Cleaup - Windows Updates doesn't succeed to clean 22.6 GB, despite trying everything suggested, but I don't have disk space problems.
Best Regards.

SFC Scan

  1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

    sfc /scannow

Wait for this to finish before you continue

    copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  4. This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.

There are corrupt files, but I don't have access to a Spanish Windows image right now, so I would recommend a Repair Installation of Windows 7 or an upgrade to Windows 10.

Attached are the language files found corrupted, extracted from the original Windows Recovery Media DVD received with the PC, in case you can make the patch with them.
Anyway, the computer is working well so I'll do the installation repair only in case it has any problem.

Sorry but I don't understand. Why you can not use the files from the Recovery Disk to replace the ones corrupted in the computer system?

Do you mean the SP1? If this is the problem I can send the files from the updated to SP1 recovery disk.
