[SOLVED] Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files that was unable to fix.

I was having computer troubles ( crashing, unable to log on or it was taking at least 20 minutes to log on, it took another 20 minutes to log on with me looking at a black screen until everything came up) so i did an error checking on my computer (C:) i had to restart it to do the check drive, it seemed to have fixed my problems but when i ran sfc \scannow in my command prompt it came up with that:
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 65% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

Before i did the check drive it also came up to 65% but the CBS log is new.
I am currently running a full scan using ESET Smart security 4 but it doesnt seem like it found anything... Can anyone please help me out?

Im having the same issue as this anyone able to help please? please see attached my issue - when i say same the issue im having is i cant use a recovery disk as it says winload.exe is corrupt, trying to find the solution to that issue lead me to this... and doing a sfc /scannow caused this error..
