[SOLVED] Windows Server 2016 hasn't updated in a year

😥 same problem, damn!
Gets to 100% after the reboot then “unable to install updates”.

This is just an info line, but the update failed again with the same HTTP installer error. Please attach tje latest event logs to look at.

As you pointed out earlier, migrating this server may be the best solution to get everything up and running again.
 
Hi Maxstar, after installing NVME disks I was able to upgrade in place to "Server 2022 Standard" on the first go.
It also performed a few automatic updates without any problems, only on one it failed, I'll attach the log, thanks!
