Please download the following utility and let it run: Download ServicesRepair.exe

When done, your Server will need to be rebooted.

Afterwards, please retry updates.

No problem. In case you are interested, it looks like some crucial services have been corrupted, and the utility is a copy of Eset's Service Repair which should fix the issues automatically.
