[SOLVED] Windows Server 2019 keeps with error in July after solved in June

Please remove it temporarily from the system and attempt to update again after a restart.

Now at last we have a clear error, so please don't re-install Watchguard Endpoint while resolving this issue.

Upload the setupapi.dev.log file
  • Open Windows Explorer and browse to the C:\Windows\INF folder.
  • Right-click on the file setupapi.dev.log and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
  • Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"
  • Click on the Yes button here.

  • Attach the file setupapi.dev.zip in your next reply.
 
Export registry key as hive file.
  • Open the Start menu of Windows and type CMD.
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, select the option Run as administrator.
  • Copy and paste the following command into the command prompt and press enter.

reg save "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services" "%userprofile%\Desktop\Services.hiv"
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called Services.hiv.
  • ZIP this file and attach it to your next reply.

  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFixScript.txt and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFixScript.txt file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Afterwards attempt to update again. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS logs as well as the Setupapi.dev.log file.

I confirm that i was able to update the system.
If i Watchguard Endpoint do you think that ill be able to update the system without any issues ?

I am not familiar with Watchguard Endpoint, but from my own experience I can say that many third party security software can be the cause of update issues.

You can use Watchguard Endpoint, but when it causes problems again I would definitely check the settings / logs to see what this app is blocking.
