Rich (BB code):
2024-01-11 14:15:02, Error CBS Failed to resolve execution package: Microsoft-Windows-Editions-ServerDatacenter-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.20348.2227 [HRESULT = 0x800f0831 - CBS_E_STORE_CORRUPTION]

The last update failed with error 0x800f0831, do you see the same error code into the Windows Update history? If so please provide a copy of the COMPONENTS hive.

Upload your COMPONENTS hive.
  • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
  • Please copy this file to your desktop.
  • Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
  • Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
  • If the file is too large to upload here, upload the file to www.wetransfer.com and post the link in your next reply.

Oh yes you are right.
File is also in use now.
As some of the workers are on the Server i need to wait over night when the server will restart with the task.
I this OK for you?

THX

Yes that's fine, could you please run DISM in the meantime to see if it reports any issues?

Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Ok, then I would first try to update again with a scheduled reboot and then provide the latest CBS logs with a copy of the COMPONENTS hive.

ok i will reboot over night then try update.
After i will send you both files again.

Thx for your help.

Hi
After reboot i forgot to take COMPONETS file as copy. DAMM
But i have CBS file before Update try and after Update try.
Old Error is now back : 0x800f081f
