Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with a cumulative update on my Windows Server 2022. Typically, I can resolve such issues on my own, but this particular server is proving to be more challenging than usual.

Initially, DISM was not functioning correctly. However, after running it with the ISO as the source, everything seems to be fine. I will also provide the relevant logs as attachments for further analysis.

In such cases, I usually perform an in-place upgrade, but this is not feasible for this server.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @KNGHT,

Welcome to Sysnative Forums!

If you haven't already, please review the posting instructions here, and attach the requested log files. Without log files, our helpers will not be able to assist, and this will slow down fixing your machine.

If logs have been already been provided, our team of volunteers will analyse the provided log files to build a fix for your system. Please be aware that this may take several days from your initial post, due to the high volume of threads that we receive.

Hello

I have continued to work on this server on my side, and I have the impression that the CBS log has evolved well (the error remains similar but the size of the CBS is much larger).

I made several classic attempts ( reinitialize softwaredistrubtion / catroot2 ) , dism online / offline, SFC, uninstall / reinstall roles

Attached is the updated CBS log / ComponentsScanner
