Hello.
The nightmare continues ... I did not do anything about the in place upgrade. My account was guest and windows did not let me change to become an administrator. But I've tried out of curiosity to see what's going on ... Just the same bugs ... I went back my laptop to the service and I recuested to install my windows 10 pro again and they told me I had a software error and to address to Microsoft .... but they can install Windows 10 Pro directly, because my laptop has two license keys: one for win 10 pro s and one for win 10 pro (is 't possible ???) After installing I logged in as a local user account (without microsoft account) After windows made some updates (BITS service was off) I tried to connect to my Microsoft account. After a while windows update hase stopped ... I runed troubleshooter on windows update and guess what I sow: "BITS service hase been already started / IsPostback_RC_PendingUpdate / IsPostback: False". Immediately I opened windows folder and ... surprise, who was there ... CBS temp folder (empty). I can not know what's going on ... The man from the service has installed windows, when the partition window appeared on the disk it deleted every partition, then started installing windows. He did not have to make a clean disk and then give it a refresh and then start installing ??? I runed FARBAR recuvery tool I runned FARBAR and on addition.txt appears:
