I noticed them, but thought that there is no output.

Please open the folder "%SystemRoot%\System32\SMI\Store\Machine" and take a screenshot of it.
Do the same for the followinf folder; "%SystemRoot%\System32\Config\TxR".

Hidden files are enabled, so TxR is empty

Please provide a copy of the SCHEMA.DAT file.

This looks good, please try to update again and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS logs.

Now look's better, Server Manger shows roles and one windows update was installed, now rebooting.

The issue solved.
I've check all places where I had the issue, now everything is perfect.
