I'm not certain based on the info that you have given if the copy was done correctly. If you are sure then go ahead. If you are unsure let me know and we can do some checking.

Well this is what I got:





I am on the ground bowing to you guys right now, I believe you hit it on the nose. I am going to test it by downloading the updates in my first post and see if they will install or error out, if they error out they are installed..

As far as this thread is concerned I believe that you gentleman and or ladies can mark this as solved!!!!

OK so I downloaded the KB3061518 & it stated already installed, awesome, the thing is that I also tried KB3049563 and it was not even for Win 7, it was for Win 8. :noidea: I did not download nor install I am done and grateful for the help...
