Please get me a fresh export of your CBS hive.

Step#1 - Export CBS hive

• Click on the Start button and in the search box, type regedit
• When you see regedit on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
• When regedit opens, using the left pane, navigate to the following registry key and select it by clicking on it once.
  
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing
• Once selected, click File > Export....
• Change the Save as type: to Registry Hive Files (.).
• Name this file ComponentBasedServicing (with no file extension) and save it to your Desktop.
• Right-click on the saved file and choose Send To -> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Attach the .ZIP file to your next post.
• If the file is too large to upload here, upload to Dropbox or OneDrive or SendSpace and just provide the link here.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing and find the following data:

(w) CBS Watchlist Component Missing 0x80070490 amd64_microsoft-windows-a..ence-mitigations-c1_31bf3856ad364e35_0.0.0.0_none_8c1ac95af2d41939 Package_2501_for_KB3213986~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.1

You will noticed there are two keys:

Please navigate to the first one and delete only the following two values:

Package_2501_for_KB3213986~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.1

Package_4223_for_KB4489882~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.6

And then navigate to the second one and delete only the following two values:

Package_1855_for_KB3213986~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.1

Package_3135_for_KB4489882~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.6

Afterwards, please retry updating and attach CBS.log if it fails again.
