Windows Update Error - Need help

Hi Aura, windows can't initiate de session to re-instal, i have try several times and the error is always the same.

Hi Aura, after i have everyting to uptdate i get a blue screen, sometimes shows ''critical structural error''.
When i try a clean install happens the same, i can't find the problem.

How can you try to do a clean install? If you do a clean install, it means that you'll delete your current Windows installation (format the partition) and install Windows 10 clean. Is that what you did?

I have chose to keep my personnal files, not 100% clean. But the install have fail, so everything is like before the ''installation''.
