Windows Update Failing and now Microsoft Print to PDF not working as well

Error code 0x800703f1 and 0x80070103 getting thrown by windows update when I try to run the updater. When I try to reenable microsoft print to pdf I'm also getting error code 0x800F0922.

I think the issue is with the drivers, but I haven't been able to work out how to get a good replacement for the files.

I have Windows 11 Home, version 23H2 OS build 22631.4602.

Upload your DRIVERS Hive

• Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config and locate the DRIVERS file.
• Please copy this file to your desktop.
• Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
• Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named DRIVERS.ZIP on your desktop.
