The Windows 10 compatibility report may take a very long time to generate.
You can run it manually from an elevated (administrator) command prompt using this command: schtasks.exe /Run /TN "\Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience\Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser"
You will have to wait possibly 15 minutes or longer, the command will not indicate when it has completed. Use task manager to track CPU and memory use, this may give you an idea of when it has finished.
After waiting the 15 minutes (or so) try opening the Windows 10 app to see if the report is available.
