Windows update KB4516065 failing with error code 80092004

Hi - I ran that yesterday and posted results 08:48 (see post 11). I will start running again but are you sure you need this again?

I have attached a copy of the fixlog.txt.

When I do next try the upgrade are there any guidelines?

I am currently:
Completely uninstalling anti-virus (MSE)
Switching off firewall
Starting PC in clean boot
Disconnecting WiFi so NO network connection
Running setup.exe as Admin from USB copy on Win 10 (language English US)
Accepting default of load updates, drivers etc. (even though I assume this is not happening as no network)
Keeping Files and Applications

I even tried a version when I said NO uodates, drivers etc. and ONLY keeping files NO applications which also failed (prior to running your fixlist) but I would rather not try that again if it can be helped.

Good Morning - I think the Samsung device is a portable hard drive which I used to backup the PC (using Windows Backup) before starting on this epic adventure. However I never had it connected whilst doing any of the upgrade attempts. I apologise as my knowledge is letting me down here, but without that particular device connected I checked device manager and could not find any reference to Samsung in the many options. Do I need to connect the device first then uninstall it and then what would I do after that, make sure I never connected again until after the upgrade is succesful?

I could not find a simple way of printing the device manager list in Windows 7 but via this link How can you print a Device Manager Report in Windows 7? It was done in XP by simply clicking on the priinter icon. I don't see a print selection anywhere for windows 7. ____Thanks! I was guided to System Properties and I have exported a copy of the Hardware, Components & Software and attached in case it helps.

I also had a look at the setupact.log and found a few references to Samsung P3 Portable which I am fairly certain is the portable hard drive. I have included one extract of the log which may be able to confirm if this is the device you are interested in.

Look forward to hearing what I should attempt next?

Hi - Did you have any feedback on my post this morning regarding uninstalling a device thats not actually connected?

I will remove the Lenovo software and retry the upgrade.
I had already removed CCleaner before the last upgrade attempt (using Control Panel/Programs & Features/Uninstall) so if you are seeing references to that then its remnants which I would not be sure how to else to remove?
I am also not sure what you mean by detach the printer, the printer is accessed by a couple of laptops over the Wifi so its not physically attached to the PC. Do you want me use Control Panel/Devices & Printers/select the printer (Brother HL-2130) and 'Remove Device'?
