[SOLVED] Windows Update keeps asking to restart the computer to finish the installation

Windows is running since an hour now but nothing is found.
Should I run the SFCFix.exe ?

Please do the following so I can take a look.

OK, sorry for the delay. Please do the following.

1. Click your start button and type cmd in the search box.
2. Right-click on cmd that comes up in the search results and select Run as administrator. Answer Yes to the UAC prompt if it appears.
3. Copy/Paste the following into the command-prompt window and hit enter.
reg query HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate /s >1.txt && notepad 1.txt

4. Notepad will open showing the WU info. Can you copy and paste this into your next reply?

OK, please do the following.

1. Download the following update to your desktop.

2. Reboot
3. Then immediately double-click the downloaded updated to install.
Let me know if the install is successful.

The installation of the update is successful.
A reboot was required after the installation and has been performed .
Do you need WU info again or should I test WU search ?
