[SOLVED] Windows update keeps asking to restart to finish installing updates

You need to create the SFCFixScript.txt, copy/paste what I indicate in it and then drag-and-drop it on SFCFix.exe to run it.

Yes it did. Windows update installed all updates and is no longer willing to restart. Thank you very much. Could you tell what was the cause?
 
Basically, a certain Registry key was set to ask for a restart since it thought there were updates to be installed.
