Windows Update Not Working - installation-process of IE 9 and 10 fails

...by the way - I checked my winsxs-folder again regarding to your sample-code above. And of cause the files are all there - just in folders with other IDs. The empty folders seem to be relics of the previous IE 9 installation and can be deleted or ignored.
