Windows Updates keeps asking itself to be restarted over and over

Do you want to upgrade to Windows 10, or not?
 
Yes, I want to.
Does this mean that my issue has been solved? And I only have issue with applying updates Windoes 10?
If so, do I have to start a new thread?

I am thinking maybe windows can't configure win 10 updates because there is an issue with Windows Update itself. Do you think so?
 
Sorry for the late reply Husni. Are you still trying to upgrade to Windows 10?
