Windows Updates not downloading/installing

I just tried to usual auto windows update and it came with these errors - Code 8024200D and Code 80070020
 
Please run windows update, let it fail, then upload the following:

Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt

  1. Click on the
    Win7Orb_zps4dae3b32.jpg
    button => Inside the search box copy and paste the following command:
    Code: 
    cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  2. Press Enter
  3. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt, please rename this file to CBS_{Insert forum username here}_{insert todays Date here}.txt For example "CBS_Go The Power_1803.txt"
  4. Please upload CBS_{Username}_{Date}.txt to this thread.

Please Note:: if the file is too big to upload to you next post please upload via Dropbox or One Drive

Windows Update Log

  1. Click on the Start button -> Inside the search box copy and paste the following command
    cmd /c copy %windir%\WindowsUpdate.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\WindowsUpdate.txt"
  2. Please go to your desktop and attach WindowsUpdate.txt to your next post

 
Software Distribution rename

  • Click Start -> Type in CMD in the search -> Right click on cmd.exe and choose Run as Administrator
  • Entre in the following commands:
    net stop wuauserv
    ren %SystemRoot%\SoftwareDistribution\Download DL.bak
    ren %SystemRoot%\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore DS.bak
    net start wuauserv

Try and manually install updates again, the error appearing is one I haven't seen before.
 
Well, I tried it and it's just the same every time.
I have done a virus scan before I came here, but is it possible that a virus could be causing it?
