SFC 100% completed without error code, but SFC results showed
"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them"

I restarted PC, and I found new minidump file, but file size of the minidump was 0 byte.

Okay, looks like the system crashed early in the boot process so it wasn't able to write to the dump file correctly. Could you please run the SysnativeFileCollection tool and then provide the .zip file it produces?

I would check your browser extensions for Edge too, despite not seemingly installing any for it, since Chrome and Edge are both Chromium based browsers, I'm wondering if the installer has applied the extension to both? It isn't a browser issue or the website itself, there must be something on your computer which is preventing the page from loading correctly.

I ran SysnativeFileCollection, and the tool is showing "waiting for SystemInfo" in console for a while (at least 10 min more),
Does it wait until complete and output zip file?
or close console and restart PC?
Where is zip file after completion? Same location?

It should complete after a little while, if it gets stuck, then please close the program and try it again. The zip folder should be the same location as you ran the collection tool.

I did WinDbg and analyse full memory dump,
According to this analysis, I guessed VmConputeAgent was something wrong,
regardless of uninstalling Hyper-V components.
I stopped Hyper-V services and turn to disable, and restarted PC.
Fortunately, I can recovered PC, My PC can start Windows 10 normally.
but I can't windows update,
This system still has problem that wuauserv stopped in a short time.

Do I need to run SysnativeFileCollection again?

There are some script errors in developer tool of my Edge.

It will do because there is still payload corruption which we haven't fully addressed yet.

No, you need to attach the SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip which the tool would have produced in your next post.
