Re: Windows7 32 I can's install updates

Hello,

Please do the following:

MgeHyNE.png
Uninstall Update

  • Click the Windows Start
    29Fou9c.jpg
button. Type CMD in the search bar, right-click CMD and click
    AVOiBNU.jpg
    Run as administrator.
  • Copy and paste (right-click the Window + Paste) the following into the Command Prompt. Press Enter on your keyboard.

    wusa /uninstall /KB:3042058

  • A Windows Update Standalone Installer window will appear and search for the update. You will either receive a message that states the update is not installed, or be prompted to uninstall the update. If prompted, please do so.
  • Let me know the result of the command.

Re: Windows7 32 I can's install updates

After: wusa /uninstall /KB:3042058
Has appeared window to uninstall the update: KB3042058, then asked me to restart the computer and I have done.

I came back to do the process again (wusa /uninstall /KB:3042058) to verify that the update had uninstalled.
I get a window that says: "the update KB3042058 is not installed on your computer"

But when I turn off my computer tells me that there is a pending update to install and then install it again.

The update KB3042058 has been successfully installed manually.

(I think the problem is solved because there are no pending updates. Only for Windows 10) :thumbsup2:
