Windows7 Update keeps asking to restart the computer

I did it , But it is showing the same updates, (5 optional updates , & 1 Important Update) , Tried to download the same one again . but no luck ,

Attached the screenshot to get the detailed idea. Also i am not sure why the issue is happening to me ,

Is there any specific reason causing the issue. :huh::huh:

Have you tried selecting just one of the optional updates to see if it will install?

Yes , tried for the optional updates as well , but No luck , Also the file size is just 2.1 MB , I am trying from past 10 min ( Not even 1% is downloaded).

OK, please do the following.

1. Download the following update to your desktop but don't try installing it yet.
Microsoft Update Catalog
2. Reboot your machine.
3. Immediately when your desktop comes up please attempt to install the update that you downloaded.

Let me know the results.
