Do you by chance have Internet Explorer 10 installed on the server currently or is it version 11?

Also, are you using Configuration Manager 2012 R2 SP1 for updates or only WSUS?

Hi Brian,

The version of IE is 8.

Ahhh...that may be the issue. The Monthly Rollup includes an update to IE11. I believe it may fail if IE isn't up-to-day. Please attempt to download and install the Security Only update, KB4012212, from the link below.
