Title says it all. SFC reports the telemetry files I was told are a bug as you see below. No antivirus installed, never had a Kodak/Canon printer. Slew of logs attached. Thanks in advance. View attachment 15189

It would appear that the uploaded zip is corrupt. Please run DISM again and attach C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

I compressed it with 7-Zip 15.05. It fit everything in one file that way. Can you try it in 7-Zip?

Thanks for the additional information. I was able to find a problem, I'll get back to you tomorrow.

Export registry as hive

  1. Click on the Start
    Start%20Orb.jpg
button and in the search box, type regedit
  2. When you see regedit on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  3. When regedit opens, using the left pane, navigate to the following registry key and select it by clicking on it once.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing
  4. Once selected, click File > Export....
  5. Change the Save as type: to Registry Hive Files (*.*)
  6. Name this file ComponentBasedServicing (with no file extension) and save it to your Desktop.

Right click on the ComponentBasedServicing file on your Desktop and choose Send To -> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Upload the zip to a file sharing service such as OneDrive, DropBox, SendSpace, etc. and include the link with your reply.

I can't find the uploaded log :/

Zip up the entire CBS folder and upload it to a file sharing services such as OneDrive, DropBox, SendSpace, etc. and include the link with your reply.

Sorry, I meant to ask for the components hive - I don't know why I was still thinking logs...
It's in C:\Windows\System32\Config\
You'll need to copy the file to your desktop, zip it, then upload it. It will be too large for the attachment service here.

I am not finding any significant differences between your hives and those from my machine.
I'll check with some of the other staff members and get back to you.

No offense, again that is in the initial zip. If it wasn't there it isn't on the machine. BrianDrab was very helpful on the other machine for which I had these problems, maybe you can consult with him?

Let's try to find it.

Here is the result. FWIW I do have Process Monitor experience and have resolved a small problem or two if that is helpful. It is nothing near your knowledge, I can get around it.

Code:
SFCFix version 2.4.5.0 by niemiro.

Using .zip script file at C:\Users\Trinity_Office\Desktop\SFCFix.zip [0]

Let's see where we get with the logs first, the files that Process Monitor would create for this installation would be very large.

Try installing KB3000850 again, then after it fails run this:

SFCFix Script

This will create a FilesToUpload.zip on your Desktop, please include it with your reply. If it is larger than 10MB you will need to use a file sharing service (such as OneDrive, DropBox, SendSpace, etc.)
