[SOLVED] Windows 10 issue (error : 0x800f081f)

Hi there ! (first of all, sorry for my broken english writing:thud: )

After many unsuccessfull attempts such as :

- sfc/ scannow --> damaged files, but not succeed to fix them all. (see CBS.log below)

- dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth --> The componants store is fixable. Operation has succeed.

- dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth --> error : 0x800f081f source files are untraceable (cannot be found)
(see DISM.log below)

- I used SFCFix.exe --> no issues found (sfcfix.txt below)


I did this because when i upgraded Win7 to Win10, the Start Menu and tasks bar are bugged (issues with windowsapps, windows store and Cortana). I only can do the right click (mouse) on Start Menu.


Last of all, I upgraded Win7 to Win10 (knowing that I upgraded Vista to Win7 few years ago, no issues)


Hoping you can help me resolving this annoying problem...

I have Win10 (x64) Family :computer: (upgraded from Win7 family premium, I think...)
 
I also have big trouble with my windows account. I'm administrator of it but I have not all the privilege that i should. My account's window doesn't show all the options. For exemple, i can't click on some options i should have. I click and nothing happen; many bugs in the end...
 
Please do the following.

Step#1 - SFCFix Script
Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

  1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop. If you still have this on your desktop from downloading previously, you don't need to re-download.
  2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
  3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
  5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please

Step#2 - SFC Scan
1. Right-click on the Start

button and select Command Prompt (Admin)
2. When command prompt opens, Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Right-click > Paste) the following command into it, then press Enter
sfc /scannow

3. Once it finishes, copy and paste the following into the command-prompt window and press Enter.
copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"

4. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt => Right-click on this file and choose Send To...Compressed (zipped folder). Please upload this zipped file CBS.zip to this thread

Please Note:: if the file is too big to upload to your next post please upload via a service such as Dropbox or One Drive or SendSpace and just provide the link.

Excellent. All your corruption is now resolved. Please see if you still have the same issues. If you do, the next step would be to re-install Windows 10 again right over the top. We have used this method many times to solve the types of issues you are having.

If you are going to re-install Windows 10, you simply need to download the Media Creation Tool and run this and re-do the install.

Let me know how this goes or if you have any questions.
 
Mediacreationtool doesn't work. So I did like I already done last time: using an *.iso file of Windows10 x64 family final version.
And the final result is the same. My updates already worked but not windowsapps as Windows store. And my account seems to be bugged: when i open the user account window, some options don't appear meaning i can't manage my own account and creat a new one even a guest account.
My issues seems to be a bug with windows store: when i wanna go into it, a window says that i have to find an app to open it (in my memory).

I really need help...
 
And when i (re-)start windows, after the account's choose screen, windows10 is very long to load with black screen...
well i'm desperate... :banghead::huh:
 
OK, let's narrow down the issue further. It's likely a corrupt profile. Please do the following.

Go back to User Accounts and create a new user account and ensure the account is of administrator type.

Sign in with this user and let me know if things work better.
 
I can't creat it with those issues. I'll try to do it with the command prompt.
 
BrianDrab, i think i'm going to be crazy...

I did this few weeks ago and it worked. BUT now, after writing the password of the new account (as admin), a blue screen appears with this sentence :

(it's a free traduction of french) "Connexion fail by the service Service of user profil. Impossible to load the user profil."


HELP ! :banghead::noidea:
 
I'm not sure the steps you took to create the user account but can you try the following?

1. Right-click the Start button and select Command Prompt (Admin). Answer Yes to the UAC prompt if it comes up.
2. Copy/Paste the following commands into the command-prompt window one at a time hitting enter after each.
net user sysnative /ADD
net localgroup administrators sysnative /add


3. Right-click the Start button and select Shut down or sign out and choose Sign out.
4. Choose the new sysnative account and sign in.
 
So when you say blue screen, is your machine actually crashing and restarting?

Let's check your disk.


Step#1 - ChkDsk Scan
1. Right-click your Start button and select Command Prompt (Admin). Answer Yes to allow if the User Account Control dialog comes up.
2. You should now have a black window open that you can type in to.
3. Please type chkdsk and then press enter.
4. Chkdsk will start to run. Please allow it to finish. You will know it is running when you see text as follows.
5. Download ListChkdskResult.exe by SleepyDude and save it on your desktop. If it's already downloaded to your desktop, just skip this step.
6. Right-click this file and select Run as administrator (Allow if prompted)and a text file will open (and also be saved on the desktop as ListChkdskResult.txt).
Please copy the contents of this file and paste into your next post.
