Windows KB 3 errors - how to fix pls ?

Hello,

I search a solution for windows update issue. And google point to this forum and seem most of thread are solved !
So I hope someone can help me !

I have a few errors and i can install 3 uptades with windows update errors.
KB3126587
KB3126593
KB3035583

When i follow the guide, i have 7 errors on CBS log :

I have made the update of the last version of SUR Tool.

(Result seem the same after update)

Windows Update Package Replacement

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

  1. Please download the attached file, Packs.zip and save this to your Desktop.
  2. Right-click on the file and select Extract All...
  3. Tick the box labelled Show extracted files when complete then click Extract
  4. A window will open showing the folder Packages
  5. Open the Packages folder and copy the files into the following folder

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages
  6. Run the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) again.
  7. When the SURT finishes installing, copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the contents of the SURT log into your next post please:

    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log

I have run the SURT with this command :

The result is same, just time of execution change (cf file) ???

The result not change as if it don't care files in : C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSUR\servicing\Packages

Perhaps i did something wrong ?

ok my bad, i run again : System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821)

and the log change only 3 errors and 3 fix !

(cf file)

But windows update have still the same errors on the 3 same KB !

so what can i do ?

Please try to install the updates again, then when the installation fails zip up and attach C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
If the zip is larger than 8MB, use a file sharing service such as OneDrive, DropBox, SendSpace, etc. and include the link with your reply.
 
Let's try removing it.

Uninstall Update with DISM

  1. Copy the MSU file for KB3035583 that you downloaded earlier to a convenient location (such as C:\temp).
    Rename the file to something convenient if the name is long.
  2. Click on the Start
    Start%20Orb.jpg
    button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  3. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  4. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

    cd C:\temp

    replace C:\temp with your path if different

    expand {update name}.msu -f:* C:\temp

    replace {update name} with the name of the MSU file downloaded in step 1

    DISM.exe /Online /Remove-Package /PackagePath:C:\temp\{update name}.cab
  5. You should receive the message:
    The operation completed successfully.
    Restart Windows to complete this operation.
    Do you want to restart the computer now (Y/N)?
  6. Make sure to allow the computer to restart if prompted.

    If you receive any other message:
  7. Right-click on the Command Prompt window and click Select All, this will invert all of the colours by selecting the text, now press enter. All of this text is now copied.
  8. Paste (Ctrl+V) it into your next post please.
