Checked date/time settings.
Renamed SoftwareDistribution folder (after stopped service)
Many other solutions found on technet microsoft.

Re: [WINDOWS 10 ENTERPRISE] - 0x8024200D error trying install 1607 update from 1511

Please start with the following.

Retrieve System Information
1. Download Speccy to your desktop. The setup file will be named spsetup130.exe or something similar.
2. Double-click on this file and install it. Note: Please ensure that you uncheck any foistware that may be presented during the install (i.e. Chrome Browser install).
3. When the program opens it will retrieve some information regarding your system.
4. Once it's done, select the File menu and choose Publish snapshot. Answer Yes to the confirmation message.
5. On the next screen that comes up, choose the Copy to Clipboard button and paste this link in your next reply.

Yes, this is university machine and we have Microsoft Education Alliance (CRUI)

OK, can you give me the make and model of your machine? It's a Lenovo but what is the model? Also please confirm if it's a desktop or laptop.

It's LENOVO ThinkCentre M Series Small Form Factor Desktop. Tomorrow I will give you the exact code (If I don't get it wrong must be M83).

I confirm you that the model is M83. After downloaded Anniversary Update and prepared for install, PC asks me to restart for applying update. Then, without reboot, appears blue screen that you see in attachment (screenshot 1). The counter arrives at 88%, then reboot. Pc start normally and afterwhile informs me that update failures (screenshot 2). :banghead:

Thanks. Please do the following.

Step#1 - FRST Scan
1. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
2. Right click to run as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
3. Please ensure you place a check mark in the Addition.txt check box at the bottom of the form before running (if not already).
4. Press Scan button.
5. It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should now be the desktop)
6. Please copy and paste log back here.
7. Another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST64.exe) will be generated Please also paste that along with the FRST.txt into your reply.
