Please sir help me I am just in problem thanks for your response

Hello.

Your computer has indeed many issues.

Reviewing your logs I noticed many things needing attention, but I will focus to these two for now:
  1. You have many programs probably cracked/pirated. This is the best and easiest way to install malware in your computer. If we continue here, I will ask you to remove them all.
  2. This is the most concerning thing of all: Is the operating system (Windows 10 Pro) legally activated? There are signs in the logs that it is not. If that is the case, no wonder why you are having issues with the computer. Have in mind that in case of an illegally activated operating system I can't help you, until you get a legal license, Retail or OEM.

To test the above:

1. CKScanner
  • Download CKScanner from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Doubleclick CKScanner.exe and click Search For Files.
  • After a very short time, when the cursor hourglass disappears, click Save List To File.
  • A message box will verify that the file is saved.
  • Double-click the CKFiles.txt icon on your desktop and copy/paste the contents in your next reply.

2. Test the OS
  • Press Windows icon on your Desktop, together with the letter R.
  • Type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as administrator.
  • Copy and paste the following command and press Enter:
Code:
slmgr /dli
  • After running the command, you will get a report. Please take a screenshot of what you got and attach it in your next reply. Here is an article where you can see how do you take a screenshot with the snipping tool, in case you need it.

In your next reply please post:
  1. The CKFiles.txt
  2. The screenshot after the slmgr command

Ok for your information I don't actually know but I think my Windows 10 Pro is a genuine copy because when I gave my laptop in cybershop it install the latest Windows 10 with product key and I think I don't use any cracked or illegally way to activate my windows 10 pro like KMSpicio software but for your confirmation bi will send the above files you have requestes thanks for your help

As you can see, unfortunately the operating system is neither OEM nor Retail licensed. It is activated with a Volume license. You said that you gave the computer to the store and they installed Windows 10 for you. This is "the key"... You didn't buy the license, and they didn't ask you to buy a legal license. Actually, this is what some sellers do: they sell Volume licenses, which are mainly used by large companies, to ordinary users. They claim that they sell in a low price (sometimes they say that they install Windows for free), but this type of licenses are illegal for ordinary users and as such they may cause issues at a later stage.

I have for you some questions in order to help.

When did you buy this computer? Was there an operating system installed? If yes, do you remember anything about it? E.g. Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 Home? If it is a laptop, you can check for a label on its back and see what is says. If, for example, you bought the computer with Windows 7 Home installed, then you probably have a legal license.

Yah! you say right but i cannot do anything about my Windows 10 activation so i think i have to reset my PC and have to install a legal version can you help me please to how to reset pc thank you!

Resetting your computer without having a license, won't help. Whatever you do, will need activation.

You didn't tell me: was the computer running with Windows 7 Home operating system, before you gave it to the store?

No it has Windows 10 activated but due to virus crash my window 10 ihave gave it to the store

Was it Windows 10 Home?

Is there a label at the back of the computer, saying about the operating system?

OK, I feel like we are playing "ping pong" here.

You mean No Windows 10 Pro?

OR

No, Windows 10 Pro?

If the latter is the case, then the operating system is not legally activated.

If it was something else, not Windows 10 Pro, but Windows 10 Home, then perhaps you have a legitimate license of Windows.

I'm asking you these questions, so I can help you. By giving 3 words as a reply you don't help me. ;)

Thanks for the clarification. :-)

I guessed that this is the case.

Well, the best thing you have to do now, is to buy a Windows 10 license. Security starts from the operating system, so make this gift for yourself.

Be careful, however. If you don't buy from Microsoft directly, make sure that the license you are getting is Retail.

Hi.

Based on the discussion here, let's give it a try in case the license before the store visit was legal.

My source is this Microsoft page, where the Original Poster reported a "similar" issue.

The key is to go offline to remove the Volume License key and then restore the Generic Product Key that is used to activate with the Digital License issued by Upgrade or Factory install. Then check if it gets activated.

1) Go offline by opening Action center at the right end of Task Bar, then clicking on Flight mode to turn off internet.

2) Next type CMD in Start Search, right click to Run as Administrator, then type the command in bold (or copy-paste) and press Enter: slmgr -upk

3) Restart PC and then insert Generic Product Key for WIndows 10 Pro from here: Generic key to install Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 8...

This sets everything back to default so that if there is a Digital License issued during a proper Upgrade it should reactivate within a few days. If not, then you have to buy an original, legal license, otherwise you will be having problems for ever.

Let me know how it will go.

Thanks for support after upgrading my windows 10 with legal key i got best security update and after that all virus are gone like a charm thank you again..

Hi.

You are welcome.

Did you follow my instructions in the previous post or did you buy a legal key?
