Please do the following so I can gather more info.
Step#1 - SFCFix Script Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.
Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop. If you still have this on your desktop from downloading previously, you don't need to re-download.
Download the file below, SFCScript.txt, and save this to your Desktop.
Save any open documents and close all open windows.
On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCScript.txt.
Drag the file SFCScript.txt onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
SFCFix will now process the script.
Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please

Step#1 - Capture Process Monitor Trace 1. Download and run Process Monitor. Leave this running while you perform the next steps.
2. Attempt the Windows 10 upgrade just like you have in the past.
3. Stop Process Monitor as soon as the upgrade fails. You can simply do this by clicking the magnifying glass on the toolbar as shown below.
4. Select the File menu...Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine.
5. Zip up and attach the LogFile.PML file as well as your CBS.log.
The software is runing. I launch Media creation tool just after. Media creation tool is very long to download windows 10. I hope media creation tool will finish before the night lol.
I tried at multiple time but that take a very long time to download and check update.
Unfortunately i don't have this time...
I tried a "raw" method, I tried a system reinitialisation but that failed. I tried a system recovery but that failed. I tried too a factory restauration but the computer don't have a save of the system (me not too...).
I think it's not just an update issue, i think my windows has a big problem and it is not well installed. What do you think about that ?
If you don't have the time then I agree you probably want to wipe your machine clean and re-install.
As an FYI, you don't have to keep downloading it each time as you are correct, that will take a very long time. You can use the Media Creation Tool to create an ISO file that you just save to your desktop. Then you can just double-click the ISO file and attempt the install. It won't have to re-download each time.
I can't upload the Logfile. its weight is 156Mo and on sendspace i can't upload it too... that take long time and that stop after a few moment. Can i send you by mail in mp ?
There was no reboot during the installation which have failed
sorry for the delay your email was in undesirable
I am trying to transfer the uncompressed file (2go ...)
If the transfert take to much time, i will send you the compressed file
