Try to lower again the ram speed to DDR4-2400 (PC4-19200).
It seems iomega zip drives could cause BSODs.
Samsung SSDs aren't present in MB QVL (SATA SSD Support List).
I can't find details about HDDs (firmware).
MB specs says only W10 is supported (although they included drivers for previous OSs).
One of their engineers in their forum wrote "new CPUs support only Win10".
Details about your graphics card? I found only Radeon R9 380 3GB pciex 3.0, I didn't find manufacturer and model.
Are you using a DVI-D to DSUB adapter (for the acer monitor)?
Did you disable defender antivirus?
Are you using any other antivirus?

At this point, I haven't changed the RAM speeds from stock, but I could lower further.
I've had the ZIP drive installed for a decade, it's never given me BSOD before
I'm no longer using the Samsung SATA SSD, now it's just the NVMe SSD. This had happened before I switched though, really when I first rebuilt with the new motherboard/chip combo
All my SSD and HDD have latest firmware
I realize Ryzen will only install WIN10 because drivers don't exist in the WIN7 package. There are many fixes for that, one of which I took advantage of. I don't like WIN10, so I'll stick with 7 until I have no other option.
My GPU is an MSI R9 380 GAMING 4G LE with 4GB of DDR5. Its drivers are updated as well.
One monitor is plugged via HDMI (ASUS) one via DVI (ACER). This has been like this for years without issue.
My antivirus is MSE, and I don't have anything else installed

I don't know what to do about the "other checks", but my RAM is directly from their QVL and everything is up to date.

I should mention how I can sort of replicate the BSOD. I had 3 tabs open in firefox, then opened a new window in chrome. Got the BSOD from pci.sys and it restarted. Once the system restarts, if I open firefox and chrome again and restore the last state, it will just blue screen again. If I open firefox and chrome anew and open new tabs, then it's fine.

I forgot another thing. I thought when I originally had this issue that it was the onboard WIFI, so I installed my PCIE WIFI card and disabled the onboard. Everything seemed to work until I RMA'd the board, installed it, then forgot to disable the onboard WIFI again.

I agree with it being graphics or driver related. That would explain my BSOD before I wiped the drive. When I originally replaced my AM3+ chip/board with Ryzen, I didn't bother replacing the SSD. It would boot fully, sit for a few minutes, then get the pci.sys BSOD. I eventually wiped the drive, then started from scratch which ended the BSOD. Something I reinstalled must have caused it to come back!

Here's a picture of the result of the various bluescreens from my Device Manager. You can see the disabled onboard WIFI, but also the 3 PCI devices that don't install. Not sure what those are, I have 4 PCIE devices attached: graphics card, Parallel port adapter, WIFI card, and IDE adapter. Despite the error in device manager, all of those devices seem to work (haven't checked the parallel card!)

Are your drives (or your system drive) encrypted?
Are you using a TPM module?

Asrock suggests (not specifically in your motherboard support webpage, I found this on other models in the past) to disable the encryption in windows and the tpm module in bios settings before the update of the bios.
I'm not sure you are using a tpm module and you encrypted your system, but I can see from your previous screenshot there's a "security devices" in device manager.
Then I did 2+2.
Hence (if I guessed right): did you disable encryption and disable TPM before the bios update?
Did you reboot the system and then reboot to bios to "load optimized defaults" ? ("load UEFI defaults", in your manual)

I don't believe my drive is encrypted, I don't have bitlocker or anything. I pretty much installed everything off the driver package when I installed my chip/board, maybe this was included? Here's an expanded picture of the Security Devices!

AMD Secure Processor (formerly “Platform Security Processor” or “PSP”) is a dedicated processor that features ARM TrustZone® technology, along with a software-based Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) designed to enable third-party trusted applications. AMD Secure Processor is a hardware-based technology which enables secure boot up from BIOS level into the TEE. Trusted third-party applications are able to leverage industry-standard APIs to take advantage of the TEE’s secure execution environment. Not all applications utilize the TEE’s security features. AMD Secure Processor is currently only available on select AMD A-Series and AMD E-Series APUs.

It should be something like intel ME technology.
It seems those three objects not installed in device manager depend from it.
Are you using UEFI?
Did you install the OS in the old manner and therefore your partitions are not GPT? (it seems you are using the legacy bios boot, MBR, from the logs)
I think you can disable both secure boot and PSP in your bios settings, and those problems should probably disappear...
But let's wait others' opinions.

This is very interesting, thank you! I believe that when I installed Windows 7, I initially used that "all in 1" package from ASRock's page to install devices. Then once booted, I downloaded AMD's full package and updated everything from there. My Motherboard (ASRock X370 Killer SLI/ac) does support UEFI, which I've been using. I honestly didn't know about the differences between GPT and MBR, so I just installed Win7 in the default fashion. I've just converted my main boot drive to GPT, so we'll see if that has any difference.

I'm not 100% positive how to disable secure boot and PSP in UEFI. Are they just settings I can toggle? I'm familiar with UEFI of course, just not these settings in particular.

As you can see (from my system specs), I'm using ASROCK FM2A88M Pro3+ and AMD APU A10-7800.

My bios allows to save my preferred settings and to load them as they were defaults.
You can save your current settings and change those settings mentioned above: if your system won't like them, you can re-load your previous settings.

I was able to disable PSP in BIOS, with no change to the PCI Devices. Every time I disabled CSM (it was enabled to Legacy mode), my computer would freeze on the four colored Windows 7 icon at boot. So everything would post, Windows wouldn't load.

After reboot, those unknown devices are no longer present. I don't know what/where they went, but I suppose the drivers installed correctly. Was it the updated chipset package that did it??

I forgot to answer your previous question too. I left CSM enabled in UEFI. I disabled Trusted Computing > Security Device Support, not sure if that's the same as Secure Boot...

Also, I hadn't had a BSOD the past day, even after a heavy dose of Spotify.

I don't have a setting for PSP, as it's just been authorized for AMD UEFI, and I don't have a new BIOS update for my X370. But the 3 other settings you mentioned are correct.
