Check for updates now and install any that are offered. If any fail, attach CBS.log.

Softwaremaniac it looks like you over came the problem . My sfc /scannow log and the checksur log shows that everything is green and clean and when checking for updates the kb2952664 now appears as a optional update and not as an important update. The status of the update has change because of your hard work and indefatigable desire to fix this problem microsoft has created. Now that we know that this update is optional and not a requirement I can just hide this update with no serious consequences. You did a fantastic job Softwaremaniac and much kudos goes out to you.
