The Oracle patch has a Hotfix ID of CpuJan2018-3236628 for Java 7.0.50.5 32-bit.

But why do you need a patch for an old Java version? Why not simply install Java 9?

I think I'll just uninstall all Java but Java 9.0.4. I think I had the others because of some old software that may have needed them.

I don't have an AMD system to test it, but I would guess you have to extract the .exe you download.
