  • In the command prompt (admin), type (copy/paste)
    Code:
    cleanmgr /sageset:1
A cleanmgr window will be presented, in which you can choose the items to be deleted.
I'd select them all, but you can choose to avoid some options.
To start the cleanup, you need to launch this other command:
    Code:
    cleanmgr /sagerun:1
And the cleanup will start: wait until it finishes.
  • Download and install iobit driver booster free.
Open it, click tools, click "Clean unplugged device data", scan, clean, close.
  • In the command prompt (admin), type (copy/paste)
    Code:

  • In the command prompt (admin), type (copy/paste)
    Code:
    dism /online /get-drivers /format:table > "%userprofile%\desktop\dism-getdrivers.txt"
  • Download regseeker, unzip it, click regseeker.exe.
    Click applications and startup.
Click services, click the information header to sort the items, enlarge the headers so we can see the items, take a (png/jpg) screenshot and save it on your desktop.
Click drivers, click the information header to sort the items, enlarge the headers so we can see the items, take a (png/jpg) screenshot and save it on your desktop.
  • Download nirsoft shellexview, unzip it, click shexview.exe, take a screenshot and save it on your desktop.
  • Zip up screenshots, pnputil and dism logs.
  • Take fresh logs from your system (bsodcollectionapp)
  • Send those two files here (i.e., new logs and bsodcollectionapp files)

Yes, I replaced my old ATI GPU by a better (second hand) Nvidia GPU.

By commands, you mean I copy them in CP (admin)?

Msinfo32 was missing from the new logs and was also missing from the opening post.

See if it will load manually.

Open administrative command prompt (ACP) and type or copy and paste:
msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"

Allow 30 minutes for it to fully load.
Find the new icon on the desktop > post a share link into the thread.

The logs displayed no BSOD since 10/20.

There were multiple unexpected shutdowns and restarts.

There were recurrent drive controller errors.

I did all those steps, except the last one.
I use windows 's own "back up and restore" (no other software). I vent completed the latest back, mayby that's the reason for the error?

I didn't understand your question.
The problem with Windows backups is they couldn't work when you need them.

If you don't use Apple devices and software, remove/uninstall it.

Post new screenshots of regseeker, shellexview, and the logs of pnputil and dism (see 37th post).

I don't have back up software.

And I use Itunes and Icloud...

See new screenshots, etc. below.

Last command to launch:
Code:
sc delete "disc soft lite bus service"

Then I'd follow Zbook's suggestion to check the disk (if you didn't already do it).

Then let's see if the problem reappears.

Ok thanx a lot! I don't understand where this is all coming from (the stuff that was deleted). I did a format C & reinstall +- 1 year ago.
