[7Ult x64 SP1] WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR 0x124 {0, fffffa80`07a678f8, 0, 0}. FIX: I changed the CPU.

How do I do that?
When msinfo32 is fully loaded after 30 minutes

a) click file > save > for file name enter 02032021msinfo32 > the default save is System Information File (*.NFO)
b) click file > export > save (default is text) > save to desktop

NFO is preferred

1) Uninstall:

a) Start Menu\Programs\Driver Booster 8 Public:Start Menu\Programs\Driver Booster 8 Public

b) Start Menu\Programs\AVAST Software Public:Start Menu\Programs\AVAST Software Public
Avast Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for Avast Removal

c) Start Menu\Programs\SUPERAntiSpyware Public:Start Menu\Programs\SUPERAntiSpyware Public
SUPERAntiSpyware FAQ - How do I uninstall SUPERAntiSpyware?

2) Install: MSE: Download Microsoft Security Essentials from Official Microsoft Download Center

3) For the next few days report any problems or change in performance

4) Attempt to save Msinfo32 as NFO after Avast is uninstalled

5) Post results from this log collector:

1) I did all uninstalls

2) what is this exactly? I have an Avast subscription (premium). I ll re-install avast instead.

The software can be reinstalled once problematic software/drivers can be ruled in/out.

Test drive without these software for 3 days or 1 week or more (depends upon the frequency of the freezing problems).

Software can be reinstalled after testing for freezes / hangs.

When available post results for all steps in post #63.

Why are you asking the user to write a log collector from SF? We have a perfectly good log collector at Sysnative.

Just had another freeze.
Does the system freeze in general or when running specific applications? For example, do you see frequently see freezes when running a resource-intensive program?

In the opening post the OP typed: I come from Windows 7 Help Forums. Since no solution was found, one of the members transferred me overhere.

The Sysnative log collector collected Msinfo32 but it was not able to be opened.

The TF script should have already been used during the TF thread (the old thread was not yet checked).

It's a trial and error step to see if it can collect Msinfo32 so that it can be opened in the usual NFO format.

Maybe something may appear when the OP post results for post #63 step #6.

There were/are problems with the Sysnative log collector where the OP only report problems running it in their thread.

The OP often do not open separate threads to troubleshoot the failure to run the log collector:

Stuttering and high DPC with latencyMon | Sysnative Forums

The OP typed: ""I did try BSOD collection app but freezes with "Waiting for SystemInfo" message for an hour""

This may happen:

Code:
Autoruns. . . D O N E
The system cannot find the file specified.

Create a system restore point.
A system backup (with a third party tool) is always a good idea.
Then launch these commands from an elevated command prompt:
Code:
sc delete adp94xx
sc delete adpahci
sc delete adpu320
sc delete aliide
sc delete arc
sc delete arcsas
sc delete b06bdrv
sc delete b57nd60a
sc delete ebdrv
sc delete elxstor
sc delete hcv85cir
sc delete hpsamd
sc delete iirsp
sc delete lsi_fc
sc delete lsi_sas
sc delete lsi_sas2
sc delete lsi_scsi
sc delete megasas
sc delete megasr
sc delete nfrd960
sc delete nvraid
sc delete nvstor
sc delete ql2300
sc delete ql40xx
sc delete sisraid2
sc delete sisraid4
sc delete stexstor

Post new screenshots of regseeker.

No never in general, always when running apps. Yesterday it happend when using 'soulseek' Soulseek
I remember also freezing when uploading photos, but that was before I followed the latest instructions. I should try that again.

Could you please click Start and then enter the following:

Rich (BB code):
resmon

Press Enter and then it should open up Resource Monitor.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the CPU and the Memory tab when you're experiencing a freeze?
