[SOLVED] Another issue with upgrading to SP1 (0x80073712)

Unfortunately there's not much more I can do. It appears that your system doesn't like the DVD you are trying to use. Unless you can find a 64-bit only DVD to do a repair install you may be out of luck. At this point the only option I see is to ensure all your data is backed up and to re-install windows from scratch (clean install).
