[SOLVED] cab_ files are multiplying on my c drive directory

Zcomputerwiz I corrected the system variables TEMP, TMP yesterday after your online hours and here is a picture on how it looks now, and I have not seen any cab files on my c drive so far.

The temporary cab_ files are most likely still being created in C:\Windows\Temp and not deleted - it is a known problem that has not been resolved.
It will require periodic cleanup of the CBS log files and the Temp directory, but at least they are not cluttering up your C: drive listing anymore :)
