Yes, but the system is damaged. The registry is missing more than 200 hundred keys. Each of the ones listed comes in pair with its deployment key.

What happened when you tried to perform a repair install?

It's not that I don't want to help, I just can't see any reason to waste months on something that may or may not work, when you will have to switch Windows 10 eventually.

You can't generate it. You have to source the keys from another system (if you have it).
 
i understand you. i used an another computer with windows 7 who don't have any problem with the update but my softwares wasn't on it. this computer was out of order now (maybe the processor) the last week... i really don't have any chance. but i open it and plug the hd for copy all the files from the csi missing. now i don't now how to add them on my system. maybe do you know whose kb i must uninstall and reinstall for help me... i upload the winsxs with mega and give you the link when this was ending...
when i try to do a repair install, that say to to me that's can do it

you regularly make fixlist.txt files. I would like to learn and understand how you do

There is no software, you have to know which keys to replace, which keys are connected (intertwined with) to them and make sure you have the corresponding payload files with correct hashes in place in order to reliably fix this.
